Registration is open for the MSA conference
From our colleagues in the Musicological Society of Australia:
Dear New Zealand colleagues,
We are delighted to announce that registration is now open via Humanitix for the 47th National Conference of the Musicological Society of Australia, to be held online 28–30 November 2024 in AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time). The conference will feature over 100 papers by music scholars from Australia and around the world, with keynote lectures from Emily Dolan (Brown University), speaking on “The Time Horizons of Musical Technologies,” and Tami Gadir (RMIT), speaking on “Singing Solidarity and Struggle in the Sydney and Victorian Trade Union Choirs.” See https://msa.org.au/msa-2024/ for keynote abstracts.
Registration is free (for non-presenters), but essential, so we can send zoom links and up-to-date information to everyone planning to attend.
